How to Access
DrugHub Tor Safely

Download Tor Browser exclusively from torproject.org — verify the download signature before installing. After installation, open Tor Browser and navigate to the Security Settings (Shield icon → Advanced Security Settings). Set the security level to "Safest". This disables JavaScript by default, which dramatically reduces the risk of browser-based deanonymization attacks.

For maximum security, consider booting from Tails OS — an amnesic operating system that leaves no trace on your computer. Tails routes all traffic through Tor automatically and wipes its memory on shutdown. Qubes OS with a Whonix gateway is another strong option for advanced users.

If you use a VPN, connect it before opening Tor Browser (VPN → Tor, not Tor → VPN). This hides Tor usage from your ISP, though it does not provide additional anonymity inside the Tor network itself.

Use only .onion addresses that have been PGP-verified against the market's official signed announcement. The mirrors listed at the top of this page are verified against DrugHub Tor's official PGP key.

Additional verification sources include dark.fail (a Tor directory with PGP-verified listings) and Dread Forum in the /d/DrugHub subdread. Cross-reference any address across at least two independent sources before trusting it.

Paste the .onion address directly into Tor Browser's address bar. Never click links from Telegram channels, clearnet forums, or social media — these are the primary vectors for phishing attacks.

Choose a username that reveals nothing about your identity — no real name, location, age, or interests. Use a randomly generated string if possible. Do not use this username on any other platform or service, ever.

Create a strong, unique password of at least 20 characters using a password manager (KeePassXC is recommended — it is open-source and works offline). Do not use a password reused from any other account.

Enable 2-factor authentication immediately after account creation. Save the backup codes in an encrypted file stored offline. Set up a login notification so any unauthorized access attempts are flagged instantly.

Install GnuPG (gpg) on your system, or use the PGP functionality built into Kleopatra (Windows/Linux) or GPG Suite (macOS). Generate a new key pair: choose Ed25519 or RSA-4096 minimum. Set the expiry to 1–2 years to force regular rotation.

Export your public key and paste it into your DrugHub Tor profile settings. This allows vendors to encrypt messages back to you. Before sending any order, look up the vendor's public key on their profile page and verify the fingerprint matches what they post on Dread.

Every shipping address and order note must be encrypted with the vendor's public key before submission. DrugHub Tor will reject plaintext submissions for sensitive fields — this is a technical enforcement, not a suggestion.

Never store your private key on an internet-connected device. Keep it on an encrypted USB drive stored separately from your computer. Back it up to a second encrypted medium in a different physical location.

Monero (XMR) is strongly recommended over Bitcoin. Monero provides built-in privacy through ring signatures and stealth addresses — transactions are untraceable by default. Bitcoin transactions are pseudonymous and leave a permanent public blockchain trail that sophisticated analysis can de-anonymize.

To fund your account: set up a fresh Monero wallet (Feather Wallet or the official Monero GUI are both excellent). Purchase XMR through a KYC-free exchange or peer-to-peer platform. Transfer to a fresh wallet address — never use an address you have used before. Wait for at least 10 confirmations before depositing to DrugHub Tor.

Always enable multi-signature escrow for every transaction. Only finalize early (FE) for vendors with 500+ verified transactions and a dispute rate below 1%. When in doubt, use standard escrow and open a dispute if the order does not arrive.
